Owl, Bug and and Purple Columbines
by Phyllis Kaltenbach
Title
Owl, Bug and and Purple Columbines
Artist
Phyllis Kaltenbach
Medium
Photograph - Acrylic On Canvas
Description
The owl's eye is looking at, what looks like a tiny Bee, on the middle Columbine, in the photo. I believe he is too small to be a Bee but I don't know what else it could be....His wings appear to be almost transparent
I love the purple and white columbines that grow like a weed, around here, and they are very difficult to photograph. It seems like they are never still, and our wind is rarely still!! These are a few of the many flowers we have in our small back yard. We also have, at least 10 rose bushes, tame and wild, red, yellow, muti color and pink.. The FAA Watermark will never show on any of your beautifullu finished works of Art that you may wish to purchase! ***

a BIG Wow to this beautiful photography Maaaam, could this perhaps be a wasp?have a great Sunny Sunday
Phyllis Kaltenbach replied:
Helloooo, Sr Gordon! Thank you very much! I suppose it could be a wasp but it is so tiny. But then I have seen no mosquitos, either, usless they, this year, are the tittle tiny , almost dots that, when larger look like a snow flake. I have seen many of those.. I have heard that our insects may be dying out. Maybe, they are just changing! 😕
