This is my favorite Locks (#5) on the Mississippi River in Iowa, Wisconsi, and Minn. The Locks are all on the Wisconsin side.The area is gorgeous and a wonderful place to visit. This poor California girl didnt know what state she was in half the time, even though there were signs telling us which state we were going to be in when we got to the other side!

Thank you Raynold. I love this area. We cross bridges from one side of the Mississippi River to the other and find ouselves in different states. Somewhere around here is a campground in the middle of the river between 2 states. That was fun to stay in.
