Description
The Story By Carol Ruth: "My Mouse StoryFor the Day" prompted me, "Phyllis Kaltenbach", to do this painting: "While walking with Lila and Marlys and Sadie a mouse jumped out of the snow and the dogs scared it so it jumped up and got under my coat and was running all around my sweat shirt. Thank goodness he never got to the skin. I finally got him dropped out of there and he saw the dogs again and ran up my pant leg. I finally caught him.. By that time I had my jacket off and my shirt up and then my pant leg rolled up far enough that I could finally get him out of my pant leg. I put out him in the snow and got rid of him again. I don't even feel guilty! Marlys had to hold the dogs, while, I think, anyone going by thought I was trying to do a strip show. ha ha!" This painting is a result of that story. Smiles.

Thank You Kim, so very much. That was following a day when a mouse ran up her pant leg, She visits ladies in "Old Folks Homes" and takes the painting around to show the ladies!

Cool work of art Phyllis. This is fun. L/F
Phyllis Kaltenbach replied:
Thank you, very much, Joe. Carol Ruth lives in the Mid-West of the good ol' USA and is a cousin of my husband. She is a wonderful lady, and the way she told the story, it was quite funny. As time has passed, I realise that it really did upset her. But she loves the painting!

Phyllis Maaaaam, this must be the biggest WOW story EVER magic,it must have been a Cartoon cavalcade!!
Phyllis Kaltenbach replied:
LOL, Sir Gordon! Carol Ruth lives in a very small town in Iowa. I believe it is a school that is not far from where this probably took place. Like us, she has a good sense of humor and she loves the painting. Smiles!
Phyllis Kaltenbach replied:
Thank you! I do believe the Cartoon cavalcade "wraps it up" nicely! 🤣
