This is a comment from a delightful friend who lives in Scotland: Phyllis,the name on the beautiful boat, Port Soy, is a fishing Village in Aberdeenshire, Soy(saithe) is the name of the fish there, one of its other names is Boston blue, in USA its a Pollock, it has a bluish colour.
