Many ferries are in the waterway and the Mosque is in the background. The ferries travel from one Istanbul to the other. I loved Istanbul, the market and the buildings. The bridge, going out in the fading light, is gorgeous with the lights changing colors and the buildings lit up all around. If I remember correctly, we arrived in the early morning light and left in the evening light. We had a wonderful, fun day! I was astounded at the number of ferries moving around as we were leaving Istanbul. They were pretty and fun to watch. The Mosque was so impressive as well as other wonderful buildings around. I have another image of the mosque at a closer range that I may add at a later time.
We were on a cruise to the Black Sea and we went to so many beautiful, many old and wonderful places. Places I had never expected to see in my lifetime.
