Description
I was teaching school at the age of 18, 11 miles from home. Apparently my Mother wished to have her car back. When I drove in the driveway one evening this car was sitting on the lawn, as you see it here. I was stunned. Bruce wanted to get married in Dec. Instead of June, he in Iowa, and me in CA. He tells everyone that I came with this car. I have tried to find toy replicas of it and even asked a maker to make me one. I finally found an old photo of mine from way back when. The painting is rough. My hands are stiff and cramping and the photo was not very good. But I finally have my favorite car back! My gosh, those cars were big then.

Wonderful story and lovely painting.
Phyllis Kaltenbach replied:
Thank you very much, Ian! We had that wonderful car for over 10 years. We had our 3 children during that time. Then we bought a red and white Dodge station wagon - before the sport cars.. 😃
