For 10 years, two different times, we lived in Pacific Grove CA near the ocean and we had several gorgeous, large Poinsettias that were, occasionally, threatened by frost. But they always made it thru. The Monarch Butterflies loved the poinsettias and were often fluttering around us. We lived on a corner and many photographers took their eyes off of the ocean, to take photos of our gorgeous Poinsettias. The FAA watermark will not appear on any of your beautifully finished ART. ***

Wonderful capture, Phyllis! I would love to have such beautiful poinsettias! I used to be able to keep some in my yard after Christmas; they liked the shade of my garage, but it was destroyed by a tornado on Christmas day 2012. Since then, the poinsettias won't survive in my yard! So glad to see yours in this photo, with such a beautiful butterfly! LF
